Design

Dolphin’S  Engineering and Design Team is at the foundation of what  Dolphin does best: finding innovative and creative solutions to help speed customers’ silicone and injection plastic products to market.

For each project, We can provide from the design drawing to make the prototype(CNC machining and 3D printing for inspection and assemble. The chief engineering manager lead the team creates tool design models that have complete associativity throughout all of the different components of an assembly. This means that both major and minor changes to a product can be made and reviewed with the customer through all stages of design and build of a precision injection mold. Design changes are communicated electronically in real time to the machine programmers who are shaping the steel and can be communicated to customers.
Dolphin’s Engineers routinely recommend solutions to customers that can increase product performance, product life cycle, reliability, and profitability both for Haixin and for the customer. This process reduces the time needed to condition the mold and speeds the product to market.

Mould making
  • Dolphin’s has been building the many kind of molds for silicone and plastic product since 2009. Dolphin’s Tooling Division is an innovative precision tooling and mold making facility that is fully integrated with Dolphin’s in-house design and production services. We have two assembly workshops , Speed and accuracy are driven by machining center, the latest in CAD and CAM technologies and highly skilled toolmakers. Product design changes are communicated electronically, in real time to the machine programmers who are shaping the steel. Dolphin’s machines are utilized for the maximum in 24 hours and coverage is provided on nights and weekends.
Molding

Compression Molding

Silicone and Rubber-molded parts are available through either the injection or compression molding processes. Rubber injection molding offers many of the same benefits as plastic-injected parts: low cost and high volume with minimal finishing. Compression molding, however, is particularly advantageous for large, fairly intricate parts

Injection molding

Our plastics manufacturing facility is injection molding industry by employing a local team of experienced and dedicated operators who run equipment ranging from 50 tons to 650 tons of clamping pressure, Our machines are designed for repeatability to help secure reduced labor costs and lower reject rates, saving you money

Vertical injection molding

Vertical injection molding is integration molding, high pressure small deformation, vertical compression clamping, double cylinder injection system, well precision, long life span, no column barrier, more convenient to insert and fetch to suitable the automatic operation.

Production Parts

 

Pad Printing: Used to add a logo or text to your part with ink, which can be easily changed, avoiding engraving changes to the tooling. We can print up to 5 colors.

  • Hot Stamping: Similar to pad printing, but uses a heat transfer of tape with colored, metallic, and even reflective or hologram film instead of ink.
