We can provide both final cavity and core steel certification and plastic part inspection. With our Global  coordinate measuring machine we can do first article inspections after each mold sample. Not only does it offer high speed scanning and efficient, accurate data collection, but has powerful reverse engineering capabilities the quality process starts at the very beginning of each project. We are certified by and committed to the comprehensive ISO9001 quality standard. Once the CAD data is received the mould is manufactured, molded, tested and inspected using in-house Co-ordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). All of these activities are carried out in our factory to strict quality control guidelines by our experienced staff to ensure they meet our customers’ specific requirements.
